if you want to make your hair thicker, take omega 3 (2000mg a day). It works.

You could also use a non sticky hair spray/ mousse, blow dry it in your hair while wet and use your fingers to comb through your hair so it's not so sticky and crunchy. flip your hair upside down and it should get the volume going
