There are no products which will either give you more hair or make your hair permanently a different texture since anything done to the texture of your hair will not effect the hair as it grows. Your best alternatives are shampoo to shampoo additives or extensions. Extensions don't have to make your hair look longer, they can be used to thicken the appearance of your hair by adding more hair.
