well guys hit puberty slower than girls, so probably in a year or two you will grow more hair, get a deeper voice, grow taller.

If you can handle having a shaved head.... do that every morning before school shave your head with a razor and do it for a month or more and then it will grow in thicker... it will work in any area... Head, Face, Legs....
