well i can't see the pic, but if you want your hair thin, when you go to get your haircut, ask for it to be thinned. they will know what you are talking about. they either take a razor and just shave down your pieces of hair, or there are these crazy scissors and the just cut random pieces. don't worry, i've done it and it looks good
