garnier frutics style is the best! I have the same kind of hair as you, but mine's thick. Just try it, but buy the one called For dry, damaged, frizzy hard to grow unmanageable hair, That's what I have

You can't really cure split ends... you have to get them cut/trimmed off. But you can help prevent them and help dry/damaged hair with Dove Advanced Care Sheer Moisture shampoo and conditioner. I use it and it's worked amazingly for my hair, and it smells good. =)
