Get a hair cut. I had the same problem and tried everything for a long time. I decided to cut my hair cut about 3mths ago and it is growing like crazy. It's stronger and fuller. I wish I didn't waste the time and money on all those products.

well i have the same problem so my stylist recommended that i use mustard oil ever other day and i did it made my hair softer and shiny and the damage is being reparied the oil might smell bad but it's really worth it and i use l'oreal vivi pro conditionner the orange bottle when i wash my hair only the conditionner i dont use the shampoo and it made my hair really soft u can use the shampoo if u want or u should buy the dove breakage colectiol the dark blue 1 it's works great it helps u repair ur dmagae hair good luck

YOU NEED TO USE A SHAMPOO THAT IS FOR VERY GENTLE HAIR LIKE FOR A BABY...YOU NEED TO CONDITION IT BUT WITH A LIGHT LEAVE ONE...YOU'LL HAVE TO LOOK AT THE ONES ON THE SHELVES CZ THERE ARE SO MANY NOW I COULDN'T TELL WHICH ONE....NOT USE A BRUSH ON IT...USES A WIDE TOOTH COMBS ALWAYS...TRY NOT TO USE THE BLOW DRYER AND CURLING IRON TO OFTEN..ALL OF THESE THINGS WILL HELP YOU OUT...MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR ENDS TRIM ABOUT EVERY 6-8 WEEKS........

try not to let it get dry to much, your hair needs oil and nutrients. You should maybe deep condition it. My hair wasn't thin but it was breaking off so i know how you feel. Don't brush while wet,and dont leave a hair scarf on all day. Most of all STAY AWAY FROM PONY TAILS

high time to change a shampoo.get a not-so-rich shampoo that won't b too harsh on ur hair.probably dove.use a brush n not a comb for ur hair.
