How can i stop my hair from becoming thin and frizzy?

i have thick, frizzy, curley hair and ive been using straightners for about 4 years now, ive noticed that my hair has become thinner and i really want to keep the thickness of it, it takes too long to grow so i cant leave it curley because it looks and feels awful, and i cant stop using straightners or else it will be frizzy, is there any treatments anyones knows of that i can use?

Get a trim every 6 weeks (just the tips) that will make your hair grow quicker... I know it sounds like it'll make it shorter but it wont I promise I've tried this.

Also you could try using products that defrizz hair or tame culrs. If you insist on straightening your hair... Go ahead but deep condition at least once a week and try to let it dry on its own whenever possible. As for thickness.... it will probably continue to thin as long as you straighten it... best advice i can give you is deal with your curls.. tame them and defrizz

I would use Garnier Fructise straight and sleek line of products. I would also deep condition your hair about once a week with Sally Hansens cholesterol cream conditioning. It works wonders.

You can use protein treatments, they cost about $2.00 at places like Sally's beauty supply shop, use 2 a week and that should help.

Sunsilk 24/7 Creme and Condition work good with De-Frizz, also from Sunsilk.

you should use tigi range all of there products are brilliant.. they are quite expensive and u can only get them from salons but they work.. i have frizzy thick curly hair too and i straighten every day... but i brought a shampoo to defrizz from tigi (bedhead) and my hair is in such nice condition they have products called control freak which is a serum you put in before you dry your hair and it stops the frizz but isnt to heavy on your hair so it still looks thick... once straightened use after party its a cream and it makes you hair shiny, smell good and look great... it gets rid of any frizz and can be used daily aswell..you could also try getting a conditioning treatment done or do it yourself leave conditioner on for about 10-15 mins before you rinse...
