u should eat the right food...such as beans, meat and things with protein...i use loreal paris shampoo and conditioner for colored hair thats damaged...my hair is not really thick or thin but since i've used so many chemicals on it, it was falling alot making it thin..i stopped drinking soda so much, drank lots of water %26amp; juices, shampooed my hair every 2-3 days and been eating healthy...its actually helping ALOT...cuz my hair hasnt been falling and its definetely thicker %26amp; more healthy now =) good luck!
