How can I manage my thin, wavy hair?

My hair is naturally wavy, and I hatehaving to straighten it everyday, but I can't find any other way to make it look half decent. Because it is thin and fine it can turn very frizzy, but when I use mousse or gel to set the curls, it often looks weighed down or greasy/heavy. I'm also wondering if I should try getting more layers or bangs? Right now my hair is a few inches longer than shoulder length, no bangs, very few layers, and it looks flat and dead on the top when I try to wear my waves. Any suggestions?

Get a cute stylish cut..add more texture to your hair..so when it falls..naturally the cut will do all the work..

i think we share the hair gene!!! i wear mine about 3 inches past my shoulder with long layers the first layer is along my jaw line. i also get dark highlites (i dont know if those are called low lites?) on the top and on the sides and wear a longer bang off to the side.

get a cute haircut nd straighten it. When u straighten it before you go to bed wrap your hair up do this every day and eventually it will become straight. Don't forget about combing it.Holla

Well if you dont mind getting it cut: Get a bob. It adds more life to it.. My hair used to be exactly the same..

If you want it straight get it permed. It works. Trust me.

If you dont want it cut: Just get it feathered and layered... Get short layers- it will look good.

Good luck, I hope you find what suits you most.
