I had the same problem for years... then I started using an Organic Shampoo... and much to my suprise.. it worked !!

I thought it was just marketing hype but it really does make a difference by not using chemical laden shampoos...

usually the scalp is itchy because its too dry it needs water wash it everyday if possible if doesn't work use moisturisers on it hope it helps.

Try olive oil it great for dry hair and scalp. Leave it over night, and wash out with shampoo to give real good shine to your hair use cider vinegar for rinse

Hi, it sounds like you could be allergic to most chemicals in shampoos and conditioners. I use to get a dry itchy scalp and it happens when most shampoos and conditioners. But i know other people do get it worse than others. I was recommend a wibesite called Lush, when i asked another question, but when i went on to the website they do all sorts like shampoo conditioner soap moiturisers, etc and they are all chemical free. I use some of there shampoo and conditioners and i fine they make my hair and scalp alot better, i tried going back to ordinary shampoo and conditioner like pantene and my irritated scalp came back, so now i always use Lush products, They also do treatment for scalps and irritated scalps. I would highly recommend Lush products and once you try them i dont think you will go back to ordinary shampoos, condioners and maybe even soap.
